Return Shipping
For approved returns, customers are responsible for return shipping expenses. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, ULTIMEN will arrange a replacement or cover the applicable return shipping costs.

To maintain the highest standards of product integrity and customer safety, opened skincare products cannot be returned unless received damaged, defective, or in error.
Exchanges
